nerds is, doesn't that mean it's done? Yeah, it does. Question number two, so

why are we still talking about it? Well,

Carrie Morrissey is still filing motions. Emily, how can she do that? I don't know. She hasn't cited any law that says that she can.

But yet here we are, when I say anyone can sue anyone for anything,

we now have lawyers filing motions

because they're filing motions

because they're lawyers that are filing motions. But the case is

done. So Carrie Morrissey, I covered it last week, filed a 52-page motion stomping her feet and relitigating the facts of this case being like but

your honor you don't understand and look I empathize when I feel misunderstood I

also want to over explain but what you can't do in court is that so 52 pages

but your honor you really don't understand the facts and And this is what happened in Hanagutiers,

and this is what happened with Baldwin.

And those Troy Tuscany rounds aren't even relevant

to the Baldwin case, and please reconsider

the motion to dismiss with prejudice. but zero law on how the court can reconsider a motion to

dismiss with prejudice.
