How did that recording that was leaked? How did that come about? So you had this meeting.

But it's so interesting you asked because it was literally about a year ago.

And I know that because when he showed up at my door,

I was packing to come to CPAC a year ago.

And he had called me and said he had to talk to me about something.

I had a feeling it might be about the Senate race because I knew that some people wanted to

get in and they were afraid if I got in that they couldn't win but I wasn't sure what

it was about and he was a very suspicious sounding this and I'm right outside

your neighborhood I'm on my way over and I have to

talk to you in person this can't be done on the phone and it just I felt uneasy

about it and so in Arizona a journalist I understand these things you can record a conversation and we had the

conversation at my dining room table and I recorded it and I really never played it back

but it bothered me that he would think he could come into my home and try to bribe me.
