Hey guys, welcome back to Boston Confidential.

Man, a lot's happened since the last time I spoke with you guys.

It is Saturday, July 6th, and I hope everybody had a great Independence Day.

The weather was kind of weird.

The rain held off for the most part,

but kind of strange with humidity and all that. But I saw the beaches down the Cape were packed.

I'm hoping to be down later in the season. I did get my fix of fried clams, though. Last week,

I was in Boston walking around with my wife and we got some

fried clams at the barking crab like we usually do. A little bit pricey. I guess the clams are market

price this time of year, but it's right on the water there and you have an

amber color beverage. Doesn't get much better. Boston in the summertime. Listen, guys, I know I

always give Boston a hell of a time, a really good ribbon most days, but it's one of the most beautiful cities in the United States. And I was

thinking that when I was walking around, when I was walking my clams off, we went over to Fanual

Hall. And man, it's did the waterfront is so beautiful. And now we have the seaport district down there. The only thing I don't love about

the seaport is it's so spread out. The rest of Boston is super walkable, but the seaport's kind
