0:10.4	After Karen Reid's acquittal, there are still things that are going on.
0:14.0	Finishing out what's going on in the criminal case I am very interested in because Karen Reid's attorneys have made a motion to release the
0:22.5	sidebars. Release the impoundment. And I'm very excited about that because the judge recently
0:31.3	extended the impoundment order. But her attorneys are asking to release the sidebars. We will
0:37.2	talk about that motion in just a little bit.
0:39.3	They are also asking for return of property in two different cases.
0:43.3	Because remember, there was the indictment to nowhere with Karen Reid and Turtle Boy, Aiden Carney,
0:50.3	that was not an indictment.
0:52.3	No one was indicted and she had cell phones taken from her in connection with that.
0:57.9	But there's also the things that were property taken by law enforcement for the criminal
1:03.6	case, most notably the Lexus and the cell phone.
1:06.9	So we're going to talk about return of property on those things and where we go from there.
1:10.7	And so there are still things happening in the criminal case. It's not all the way done. So let's look at the motion to return property. This is a very brief motion. Ted Daniel shared a photo of it on Twitter. Motion for return of property. It's not your eyes. It's not your internet. It is, in fact, this motion. It is so difficult to see. This was filed July 28th. Now comes Ms. Reid in the above entitled matter and respectfully moves pursuant to Superior Court Rule 61, that this honorable court order the return of all of Ms. Reed's personal property, including but not limited to the following items 2021 lexas lx570 personal cell phone
1:46.9	as reason therefore counsel attempted to negotiate the return of the listed property with
1:50.6	a d a adam lally in late june as property is in the possession custody and control of the
1:55.3	massachusetts state police and has not heard back thus counsel is respectfully requesting this
1:59.4	on our bill court order the return of the items immediately We are so far into the realm of shit that shouldn't be happening
2:05.4	that I am still continuing to buffer because these are things that are a regular, easy,
2:09.9	and normal part of the job that just happen or should happen in a routine way. So the question
