And entitled Karen demands that I give up my seat in first class, all because she forgot to buy

her toddler a ticket on the plane. But when I refused, this lady made such a scene on the airplane

that it nearly got her kicked out and banned from the airline. And I'm honestly still blown

away by the way she treated me, as well as her sense of entitlement over the situation.

Here's what happened. Okay, so this was a couple of

years ago, but I just can't get it out of my head. So I thought I'd share it online for all of you to hear.

My family lived across the country back then, so I would usually buy a flight to get there. Well,

this was during the holidays, so everything was backed up and there was a lot of storms. So when I got to my first layover, my flight was

canceled and they couldn't get it in their system to get me a hotel. So I slept on the airport

floor that night just clutching my bags. By the time I got onto the plane, I had spent 24 hours

in the airport. But luckily for this flight, I had booked first class. So I get on the plane and I get comfortable,

and I'm just so happy that I'll be home soon after the last couple of days that I had just had.

But then something absolutely ridiculous happens. A really nice flight attendant comes over to me

and points at the empty seat next to me and mine. She then tells me that a mother forgot to book

her toddler a ticket, and she was

wondering if they could take my seat and the empty seat next to me. I told her that I'm really

sorry, but I've had a really long day, and I paid extra for this seat, and I honestly would

like to stay. Now, the flight attendant to their credit was very nice to me, and said no problem.

But unfortunately, she let the woman come sit

in the empty seat next to me with her toddler in her lap. This woman then immediately looks at me with a

scowl and says to me, I can't believe you wouldn't trade your seat for a kid. I look at her and I

simply tell her, ma'am, I paid extra for this seat. You should have booked a ticket for him and that's
