An entitled Crazy Karen blocks me from cycling on a bike path as she claims that I shouldn't be on

this trail but instead should be on the road. And despite the signs on the pavement and on the road,

blatantly stating that she's in the wrong, this entitled Karen refuses to allow me to pass.

Here's what happened. So a couple of weeks ago, I was cycling to a driving lesson. The road to the testing

center has a bike lane on the pavement, and there are signs all down the road indicating this,

as well as bikes painted on the ground, just to really emphasize that the pavement is also a bike

lane. So I'm cycling along, and I'm not going fast as there are teenagers walking around,

and they're going to and from the teenagers walking around, and they're going to

and from the college further up, and if they happen to be in my way, I just quickly ring my bell

and then they move over with no issue. I get near the test center and there's a lady with three dogs.

Now, as I've always been taught, I came to a stop because animals are unpredictable, and it wasn't too wide of a path, so I didn't

want to risk them jumping out in front of my wheel. Now, at this point, I should have just gotten

off my bike and walk past them, but this lady was still walking, so I thought, okay, maybe it would

be okay to just stop and let her walk past. But my God, was I completely wrong? She had no

control of these dogs, and she was just letting them walk wherever they liked. In fact, one of these dogs decided that they wanted to walk on the other side of my bike, which is literally away from where this lady and her other dogs are at. So now I'm just stuck. Well, this entitled Karen then decides that this is the perfect time to start

arguing with me. She says to me, excuse me, but you would do better on the road. I look up at her and I say,

oh no, it's okay. This is a cycling path. This entitled Karen then screams at me, no, it has

pedestrian priority. I try to tell her that it's also a cycling lane, but this lady cuts me off.

She screams out, pedestrians have priority. And right then, I said, well, I know that. That's why I stopped.

But she screamed at me that I need to get off the road. Now, at this point, I was getting frustrated

too, so I just screamed back and said, I'm on the stupid cycling path. Now, also, bear in mind,

she is making no move to get her stupid dog out of my way, so I'm essentially just trapped there.
