I just read an article titled,

White Women Have 100 Days to Help Save the World.

And in this article, a statistic is cited

and let me just give it a read to you guys.

Quote, since the 1950s, white women in America have consistently and disappointingly

voted Republican in presidential elections.

Between 1952 and 2016, most white women voted for the Republican presidential candidate

in all but two presidential elections.

Now, you guys know what I'm alluding to here.

Hillary Clinton lost her election to Donald Trump because a large block of the

white women voters did not show up for her at the ballot box.

Now my guest today has a solution to that problem and

we'll make sure that Kamala Harris gets reelected with the support of white women. So without further ado here is my conversation

with Dr. Annie Andrews and this is the Gen Z perspective.

Dr. Annie Andrews, you are hosting a virtual event for Kamala Harris that has now gone viral

and the title of the event is called White Women, Answer the Call.

Why is that the title of this event?

Well, just to be clear, I am a White woman myself, so I feel comfortable using this language.

This is the name of the event because it's time for white women to accept that we were part of the problem in 2016.

We failed our assignment in 2016. Only 53% of us voted for Hillary

Clinton. And we have an opportunity in just over 100 days to write that wrong by finally getting our shit together,

organizing and doing everything we can to elect Kamala Harris as our first female
