But what if you love more than one thing?

Today's guest, Cal Penn, he loved political science, and he also loved acting.

You most likely know Cal from TV, shows like House, or one of my very favorite designated

survivor, if you haven't caught that one, quick go catch up on it.

Of course, if you're of a certain age and recreational disposition, you might remember

him as Kumar in the Harold and Kumar movies.

What you may not remember, or have ever even known, is that for several years, Cal put

his extremely successful acting career on whole to answer a very different call, Cal went

to Washington.

Now Cal has written a book about his experiences.

It's called You Can't Be Serious.
