Oh, well, I'll tell you, if you, you if you know as we've mentioned before you and I have this in common

We're not horror movie people we are big chicken babies and so for me Halloween is pretty much a candy holiday, and I'm great with that because of really any excuse to eat candy is good with me.

I have recently come upon a thing that is apparently in Canada, not only ubiquitous, but mostly universally loathed,

but I'm kind of into them.

It's a brand called Curz, K-E-R-R-P-S,

and the product is Molasses Kisses, and they are these little chewy candies, and they're all wrapped in these really great kind of retro,

orange, witchy cat, you knowo'-lantern Halloween kind of wrappers and it's ostensibly a molasses

candy but I think the flavor could better be described as brown you know but it's a good brown it's a nice

autumnal brown and there's been controversy in the web people say it's the worst

candy other people defend it a listener of one of my other

podcasts sent Dave and me a bag from Canada and we're loving it. We're totally into it. So

maybe if you were burned by these as a six-year-old in Edmonton, you know, you hold a lifelong grudge,

but discovering the molasses kiss as an adult, I'm a fan.
