Summary

1:10.7	job of describing what the movie was about. No, that was okay. I think that was pretty good.
1:14.6	Since I think as an independent film director, your primary job is describing to people
1:22.9	who may or may not care what your movie is about. It's often in an effort to get them to part

1:34.3	This is my pitch. It's based on a true story. My brother is in the Oregon Army National Guard. He
1:38.6	was in Iraq for a year and a half and while he was in Iraq, I went and stayed with him. Here's my
1:42.0	pitch. It's Benji meets Daddy War Bucks. Exactly. Yeah. So he was, I liked the Benji movies, by the way.
1:49.9	Yeah. In real life, I went and stayed with my sister-in-law and helped her to take care of my
1:54.2	nephews. Imagine how much you would like the Benji movies if Benji was super, super rich.
2:00.8	Like you, you're an orphan, you get adopted and it turns out that the person adopting you is not
2:05.2	only Benji, but wealthy Benji. Exactly. That's like a dream come true. I know. That's kind of what
2:10.4	happened in Nicole Richie. She was adopted by Lionel Richie. Yeah. Lionel Richie was a dog.
