0:05.9	We often talk to athletes on this show who have been through the storm and then persevere and then they have their moment on the field or their moment on the court and they win a Super Bowl or something big happens.
0:17.4	Today we're going to talk to a young man named Cadarion Hill, K.D. Hill. He was a football player at
0:23.6	Ole Miss. And he was projected to be a professional NFL player. He got invites to camp. He was ready to go to
0:32.8	training camp in the summer of 2023. He was on pace to go and play professional football, which is his dream.
0:40.6	This man also loves Jesus.
0:42.9	He's deeply rooted in his faith.
0:45.3	And that was put to the test on July 21st, 2023, less than a year ago.
0:51.4	He was driving down in Alabama and get to the terrible accident to the point
0:57.0	where his right leg needed to be amputated. He went through a bunch of surgeries. He had just
1:03.2	become a father to a baby, you know, a couple months old at the time of his accident. And he almost
1:10.2	died. And he almost died.
1:14.5	And so his dream to be a professional football player,
1:19.1	it's not going to happen now because he lost his right leg.
1:25.6	But he caused that moment something bigger and better that God had in store for him.
1:28.2	And I just shake my head when I hear that.
