I never thought I would ever actually go to K-Con.

Oh really?

Yeah, it was just one of those.

This is me with my friend Sarah and Randy.

We all grew up in Koreatown in Los Angeles and considered the neighborhood home.

And right now we are on our way to the convention center in downtown LA

to visit K-Con, an annual convention centered around K-Pop.

The event started in Southern California 10 years ago

and it's become the biggest fan event for K-Pop and Korean culture in the US.

Which is why I felt like we had to go.

Why would you go look there, Oshman?

So we're all in Sarah's car and as I look down at my outfit,

which is this like white t-shirt with black, flowy pants,

I start feeling like I'm severely underdressed.

And my friends feel it too.

I should have dressed like HOT with their overall ski outfit.
