could you just explain to some people

perhaps who don't understand what MK Ultra is? What is MK Ultra? It's torture-based mind

control techniques. They use combinations of drugs and hypnotism.

So they would hold me underwater until unaliving me,

wait a certain amount of time and then resuscitate me and the other children.

And they would do that repeatedly.
