that Justin Jefferson will indeed be going on

IR. So later in the show you'll hear Mandy and I talk about a lot of different things

including the trade deadline approach,

Jordan Addison's big opportunity with Justin Jefferson down and so forth

because we did expect Jefferson to be out for some time,

but we got the news from Adam Schefter and the Star Tribune this

morning that he will be going on injured reserve so wanted to give you a quick opinion

on that before you hear the conversation with Manny Hill.

The opinion is twofold.

Number one, yeah, this is going to now be a huge uphill battle if the Vikings want to get back in the playoff race.

I am not ready to say that they are going to all of the sudden sell everything.

The season is over.

Trade K.J. Osborne and Daniel Hunter get on the phone right now today, Quaysee, it's over.

But they are playing against the Chicago Bears this weekend and I think that that is the game that will swing this discussion that if they go into Chicago and lose,

there is no argument whatsoever for this team not selling,

selling everything they possibly can.

And that includes the quarterback if he wants to be traded, if he can be traded.

I am still very skeptical about that, whether that could actually happen, whether he would accept a trade, and so forth. But everybody else has some value.

Denial Hunter especially, there have to be 10 teams in the league
