became the fact that the United States Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump's deportation

of Kilmar, Armando Abrago-Garcia was and is illegal.

In the second sentence of a Supreme Court ruling on the case, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote, Abrago Garcia was subject to a withholding order forbidding his removal to El Salvador
