real kid, funny, outdoorsy, a bit stubborn, and overall deeply loved. So let's set the scene.

Greenwich in the 1980s wasn't what people picture now when they think of

hedge funds and sprawling mansions. It was more of a working class pocket, tight knit, where everyone

knew everyone. And in that neighborhood, Matthew was one of those kids everybody knew. He loved to fish. He loved being outdoors.
