Hello listeners, and welcome back to my multi-part series covering the death of then 7-year-old Sea of Van Wick.

So far in the series, we met Sea's family, learned a lot about the man driving the tractor, and were given a front row seat to the investigation carried out both by police and private investigator Tom Martin.

During the multiple episodes you've heard so far, there's been a few common threads of discussion.

One of them being that the initial investigation into Sea's death was objectively flawed.

And as a result, her chance at justice seemed to also die in that mad man's field.
