Summary

In this multi-part series the death of Sia Van Wyck is explored. On July 19th of 2017, seven year old Sia Van Wyck was killed by a man driving a combine tractor while playing in a field in rural Nova Scotia. An RCMP investigation deemed the death a tragic accident that was not criminal in nature however her family, her supporters, and their respected private investigator believe the investigation was fundamentally flawed from the start and had it been handled properly things may have likely turned out very differently. In this episode we are joined by retired homicide detective, and current private investigator, Tom Martin for a discussion surrounding his investigation into the death of seven year old Sia Van Wyck Episode Links: Justice for Sia - Part 1 - Sia’s Mom Effie: nighttimepodcast.com/episodes/justice-for-sia-1 Justice for Sia - Part 2 - Sia’s Dad Erik: nighttimepodcast.com/episodes/justice-for-sia-2 Justice for Sia - Part 3 - Brandy’s awful neighbour: nighttimepodcast.com/episodes/justice-for-sia-3 Justice for Sia on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/justiceforSia/ Justice for Sia on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/justiceforsia/ Send a voicememo to the show: nighttimepodcast.com/contact Subscribe to the show: premium feed: https://www.patreon.com/Nighttimepodcast apple podcasts: https://applepodcasts.com/nighttime Musical Theme: Noir Toyko by Monty Datta Social Links: Website: https://www.nighttimepodcast.com Twitter: https://twitter.com/NightTimePod Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NightTimePod Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nighttimepod Learn more about your ad choices.
