happy to be speaking momentarily to Ruth Markel and company I'm going to introduce everyone formally, but we're coming up on an

inausicious anniversary, a sad day next month. It will be 10 years since FSU law professor Dan Markel was brutally

murdered in his Tallahassee driveway shot in the head two times and basically left to die, which sadly he did the next day on July 19th.

For those who have not been following the case, you're about to meet the mother of Dan Markel.

She's been dealing with this for 10 years now.

And we are about to head into yet another trial this time for Dan's a former ex-mother-in-law

Donna Adelson who is sitting ironically in the Tallahassee, Leon County Jail.

She wanted her grandchildren at a Tallahassee,

but now she is stuck in Tallahassee

and her son who was already convicted in this case

had to be moved to South Dakota

to evade harm according to authorities

under an alias there,

so he is not attacked by the Latin King gang members.
