Summary

Crickett Coogler was an 18-year-old young woman when she disappeared on March 31st, 1949. She would be found murdered 17 days later by a group of young hunters. When the investigation began it opened up some insight into the corrupt world of New Mexico politics. Was Cricket murdered by someone with political connections, or was this a random senseless murder?

I don't know many people that have covered this case,

1:35.5

crop in Los Cruces and Mexican migrant workers would cross the border to work in the field. During the

2:25.5

sedan went for about $2,400. Polio was a concern at the time, and a few people in town had gotten

2:34.0

2:34.9

The downtown area had several hotels, the Herndon and the historic Amador, which was established

2:40.6

in 1850 to serve the stagecoach trade.
