Now, before we make a start on your emails, let's have a recap of what happened this week in Ambridge.

This week in Ambridge, worryingly, was sponsored by latex. We had Ruth

chuntering on about Michelle Pfeiffer in a latex cap suit and Josh buying boxes and boxes of rubber

gloves. We began the week with a cold, clearly running rampant through the village as George

Fallon, David and Pip all sounded snotty. David and Pips wouldn't have been helped by Ruth's

dairy-laden

cauliflower cheese. Josh decided to pick a fight with Ben at his graduation lunch, which then bit him

on the ass spectacularly, when he discovered Pip was getting the farm and all the trimmings. Ben

was getting moula and a nice bungalow when Josh would be getting a falling down shack and a can

a diet Coke. Never had the words,

No, it's fine. Honestly, don't worry about it, sounded less convincing. Uncle Brian tried to stoke

things up a bit as he always does when there's familial strife in any family that doesn't involve

his direct descendants. Do you remember the shit-stirring shenanigans in which he indulged with Tom?

Which left Josh with his bottom lip sticking out even further.

None of the children seemed grateful, particularly, or said, thank you.

And Stella tried to downplay it while drying the pots and then whipped a tape measure out of her back pocket when no one was looking and worked out where she'd knocked through.
