0:29.6	He of course was US Ambassador Ukraine twice, once from 2006 to 2009.
0:34.3	And then again from 2019 to 2020 and he's now a vice president at the Institute of Peace.

0:58.1	There apparently was a debate about whether to send this new advanced rocket system to Ukraine.
1:07.0	And apparently the Russians had let it and to be known that if somehow if we did this,
1:10.9	this was an escalatory move.
1:13.4	President Biden decided to try to split hairs here and said we're going to give them
1:18.6	this system.
1:19.6	They pledged not to use it to fire into Russia.
