For the past two weeks, George Floyd's death and the resulting protests have been the lead

almost everywhere. This movement is continuing into this weekend and we're going to cover it later this hour.

But the lead is definitely shifting back toward the coronavirus.

Of course the virus never went anywhere,

and I've noticed on Friday, on Saturday,

network newscasts, leading with new warnings

about the virus and about outbreaks in different states across America.

So where is the expert leadership?

Is the Trump administration in denial

about the ongoing pandemic?
