Hello, it's Friday the 9th of July and welcome to the Greenlist and the travel desk of the Independent.

0:11.0

Today we found out more about what passport cues could be like in the UK this summer.

0:18.0

What's wrong exactly with European vaccinations? And the countries which could

0:25.3

conceivably make the green list next time around. Of course, this podcast is completely free

0:49.2

the amber list becomes the green list, at least for those of us lucky enough, to have been fully

1:53.5

long waits when you are overseas. Doesn't frankly surprise me because if you can imagine a

2:00.0

Greek island, small airport, one or two flights a week,

2:03.5

and they have to try to decide if your NHS vaccination is good enough for them.

2:09.6

So that's going to be quite a challenge.

2:11.8

They've also got to check that you filled in your passenger locator form and that you book the PCR test for day two. So all in all,

2:20.1

it's quite a faf for them. I'm sorry about the noises off, by the way. I'm in Soho for
