0:36.8	yesterday's episode, news came out about an apparent Iranian plot to assassinate former President Trump.
0:44.4	We don't know a lot of details, but important to this story
0:47.0	is that the Department of Homeland Security
0:49.6	and Secret Service were actually made aware of this plot
0:52.1	before the assassination attempt on Saturday.
0:55.4	So the assassination attempt on Saturday is not connected at all to the Iranian plot,
1:00.3	but it is raising even more questions as to how Saturdays events occurred, given the increase
1:06.8	in secret service protection that Trump received in recent weeks.
1:11.3	A national security official said that upon learning of the assassination
1:15.4	threat, the National Security Council directly contacted Secret Service at a senior level
