We heard from Joseph Ryan's mother, just heartbreaking, and then also his aunt got up on the stand.

Juliana did give a statement, and honestly, it was the most emotion I've ever seen her express, and it was totally self-serving.

The judge did acknowledge the proposed plea deal, but she was not having it and listed all the

reasons.

Juliana was very much complicit in this and responsible, such as bringing a child into

the home knowing two people were going to be murdered, telling the child just after her mother's

murder that she could call her mommy, shooting Joseph

Ryan in the chest and killing him. She also pointed out that Christine asked her to call 911,

and she did, but she hung up. So the judge sentenced her to the max of 10 years in prison with an

additional two years suspended, and then she'll be on probation. I didn't hear anything

about her being deported, but I'm sure that will come, but I'll try to find clarification on that,

but that's what happened. So this case is over. Brendan Banfield, sentenced to life in prison,
