dig and dive deeper into a couple of aspects of the Donna Adelson trial.

As you all know, by the way, by the way,

by the way, I didn't say welcome to another episode of Surviving Survivor,

But Donna Adelson, she, as you know,

is charged with first-degree murder

in the conspiracy to kill her ex-son-in-law, FSU law professor Dan Markel.

He's really the central victim in this decade-long case.

We're going to talk a little bit about jury selection tonight. We're also

going to focus on this trial through the lens of a judge. We always talk about it

in the eyes of the government and defense attorneys, but tonight we're going to talk about it with Judge Jay Blitzman.

He's not here yet. He is running about 20-something minutes late.

He actually told us he'd be late.

He is the first justice of the Massachusetts Middlesex County Juvenile Court Division.

He's retired now.
