A lot of goings on, a lot of happenings in the Coburger case, of course, the Idaho 4 case.

Judge Hippler is making many decisions.

Most of his decisions are not pleasing to the defense, as it appears that he has been ruling against the defense in many of his decisions.

However, that doesn't mean that these decisions are unfair or pro-prosecution.

What they mean is that the judge is ruling in regards to the law,

in the law as he understands it and as he interprets it.

And he's trying to be fair to both sides.

But perhaps the defense is making some maybe outrageous requests that the judge just does not agree with.

And the judge thinks that certain evidence should be allowed in relative to the way the prosecution sees it.

So the judge overseeing the University of Idaho,

murder's case has made several key rulings

on what can be admitted at suspect bying Koberger's

upcoming capital murder trial,

and that's a big word, capital murder.

The defense attorneys have stressed that

Koeberger has autism spectrum disorder, or ASD. They pointed to his flat effect and piercing

stare and said his inability to react to pictures that might be shown during trial will look

like a lack of remorse.
