They were arrested by Homeland Security at their Las Cruces home. They were

arrested for harboring a gang member, a Trenda Aragua gang member, in their home. And this

Trenter Aragua gang member, he's covered in gang tattoos, uh, tattoos. And, and the judge

faces charges of tampering with evidence. Now, you know what he did? What was that? He took this,

this Venezuelan gang member's cell phone, smashed it with a hammer because it had incriminating evidence

of the gang member with firearms and then he went and disposed of the of the cell phone so he was
