0:08.6	Went to court today to do something that we first reported this week.
0:11.8	They had a very aggressive request to try to hold Trump and his legal team in contempt

0:18.8	Now this is a secret hearing, which means unlike really the vast majority of court proceedings,

0:32.3	But NBC News is reporting that we are basically seeing the contempt of effort go down.
0:42.0	It's still an escalation in the case that the DOJ, led by the special counsel, wants to

0:54.0	go there, not to hold Trump's team in contempt, which is different than what we see in New

1:00.9	Now Donald Trump turned over at least two additional classified documents from a Florida

1:06.9	That happened this week.
1:08.2	And that itself is in conflict with a June affidavit from Trump lawyers where they said
1:12.5	they'd done a full-diligence search and they thought they'd turned over everything.
1:16.3	Trump was also rebuked by the appeals court in that special master that was temporarily
1:21.3	operating but is no more.
