We had I talked about it last week at GRPC. We talked about the Duncan case which was brought forward or we got a decision from Judge Bonitez quickly appealed of course

We'll pick up on that and also something just happened and look we're recording this in the middle of the week who Who knows what happened after this, but as we're speaking right now, things are happening in California.

We're joined by Chuck Michelle, who is really the lead attorney on a lot of this stuff going on in California.

Chuck, if you want to pick it up with Duncan and then drive us to what happened in the last

couple of days?

Sure, thanks for having me, Tom.

So the Duncan case has been going on since like

two thousand six seventeen it's been up and down it went all the way up to the

Supreme Court came back down.

We won in front of Judge Manitez initially before Bruin came down,

and then it went up.

The Supreme Court ultimately sent it back down to the Ninth Circuit after Bruin came down.

The Ninth Circuit sent it back down to Judge Benitez saying,

re-evaluate what you said before now using the Bruin test and that's what we just got out of you.

And this is the magazine capacity case right? Correct. This is the California

bans the possession of magazines, the possession of magazines that hold over 10

rounds. So it's really a confiscation law?
