Hey, this is a silly question.

But we were just talking about Kathy Hokel, Alvin Bragg.

They let these criminals out.

The criminal ends up killing somebody.

Could they actually at some point be sued for something, wrongful death, something like that?

Well, you know, the government is very adept at making it nearly impossible to sue the government or its employees and officers for what they do.

I mean, the only way somebody could sue her is if she were part of a plot to let this guy out and part of a plot to harm anybody, which obviously isn't the case.

I mean, she's enforcing a dreadful law, which came about under Andrew Cuomo, uh, which makes it nearly

impossible for judges to fix bail on a defendant, unless the defendant's behavior in the alleged crime has broken a bone

or impaired a bodily organ.

So it's got to be a lot of violence.
