Yeah, I think curiosity is such a wonderful practice to adopt.

Sometimes we just read it as a static word, but it can be a living word but it can be a living practice and it helps keep

our mind engaged and active within our lives it can go very nicely with

mindfulness and presence it makes

learning new things an adventure. It keeps our attitude light and playful. It's an

open nice state of mind for learning new things.

And instead of worrying about what we don't know,

curious people always put their focus on what they love to know and then seek it out. I always really enjoy being around curious people,
