I'm Gary Morton, and now let's talk to Lucy.

Hi, this is Lucy, and today my guest is Miss Joy Hodges,

a very old and dear friend of mine, whom I had the pleasure of seeing again

while Gary and I were in Las Vegas to catch some of the wonderful shows and see some of the great talent that one can only find in a fabulous city like Las Vegas.

One of the shows we saw was never too late starring Milton Burrow, and I was delighted to discover that Joy Hodges was playing one of the leads.

So right after the play, I went backstage to say hello to Joy

and asked her if she would be a guest on my radio show sometime soon.

And she said she would.

And so here we are today.

It's been several years since we were, what, stock girls at RKO?

What did you call yourself at that time?

Well, we were starlets.

Starlets.

Weren't we?

I have photographs.

We were starlets at RKO.
