Summary
Josh Manson is currently a defenseman in the NHL with the Colorado Avalanche. He was a key contributor on the 2021-22 Stanley Cup-champion Avalanche team that beat the Tampa Bay Lightning in six games. He scored a goal in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final and set up the eventual Cup-winning goal in Game 6. On July 13, 2022, Manson agreed to a four-year contract to return to Colorado.
Manson was originally selected in the sixth round of the 2011 NHL Draft by the Anaheim Ducks, and made his NHL debut in 2014. He played for more than seven seasons with the Ducks before getting dealt to Colorado at the trading deadline in 2022.

We sat in these chairs or some semblance of these chairs two years ago. You were fresh off of winning a Stanley Cup and a lot of exciting times, a fun summer in 2022. Let's start there. |
