Josh, what was your most interest? What did you enjoy most about today's interview?

I think Jordan was just very real and very honest and very humble.

I love how we explain specifically what you need to do, the steps you need to take to launch

a successful podcast and what it's like to start a podcast where you have a listening audience that consists of you and maybe your mom and your furnace

And he talks about the equipment he used to get started the Russian microphone he talks, he breaks it down and I think it's so

encouraging. So if you're out there today and you have any aspirations to build a world-class

podcast, you have to start somewhere. And today's a very valuable show for anybody out there that has to kind of start

at the bottom before we get to the top. But Josh I want to ask you this and then we'll

cue up today's intro music. When you built living water irrigation, how did you keep yourself motivated?

I've been inspired by a greater why than just my emotions of a given day.

When you say a greater why, what's your greater why?

To serve the kingdom. What kingdom? The kingdom of God. It's kind of deep? Yes sir. Are you being

serious? I'm dead serious. So you're motivated by a bigger calling? Yes sir. And I tell you what

folks if you're out there today and you're struggling to find that

motivation I would agree you gotta find that why figure out why it is that you're pursuing

this goal and that why has to be bigger that motivation has to be much bigger than the frustration

than you're going to face when you start that business or when you start

launching that podcast.

Because let me tell you what, when you put that first podcast out there,

where you launch your advertisements for the first time and you get no feedback or
