I feel like everybody has a ton of it going on with the future of our society and country,

with COVID as it looms large and some people paying attention to it as they should. Others

dismissing it and election coming up that is all important and critical to our future on

November 3rd. A lot of anxiety there for me and learning to manage that much like a lot of us

in this world today. Well, I wish I had an easy answer for you on the anxiety issue, but I don't

and many of us, myself, included who don't usually have issues with anxiety, are struggling from it

right now. And lots of folks talking about low-level depression issues with all the uncertainty going

on in the election, everything else. And I feel especially bad for people who already were battling

mental health stuff and now have these added stressors and added unknowns. So my first best tip is

to talk to somebody. A therapist is great or a friend, a family member, just getting things off

your chest and sort of talking about how you're feeling can make you feel so much better and so

much more in control than keeping it all inside. Second, get away from the news and your phone and the
