0:59.2	Tim, hi, good to be with you.
1:00.4	For those out there who perhaps don't know you and the work you do,
1:04.1	could you begin by telling us a bit about yourself?
1:06.4	Sure.
1:07.9	I'm coming up for 45 years old, married, got two kids. My background's in youth
1:14.7	work, which I was involved in for several years. And I guess my interest in alternative worship
1:21.9	things happened because I was working with young people who were outside of the church. We set up
1:27.1	a nightclub in Bath where I was working at the time.
1:30.9	And even though we were running a kind of relevant youth event with youth for Christ at the time,
1:37.9	that lots of church youth groups came to and loved and was good fun,
1:42.0	we quickly realized that the young people come into the club weren't
1:45.2	going to make that leap across.
