What better way to share your knowledge than by joining the No.1 surgery podcast in the

world?

I and the Knife has over 15 million listens to date and averages around 20,000 listens

per episode.

I'm guessing most of you have had the chance to enjoy our amazing content, this being

put out by the current sub-specialty teams.

They have been nothing short of amazing.

However, their commitment is coming to an end and we now want to offer the opportunity

to others.

The commitment is not overburdened some and, most importantly, it's a turn of fun.

Community podcast is surprisingly easy and we're here to help you along the way.

It's also a great way to get you and your institution's name out there and in the surgical

education mix.

We want you to create a team of three to four surgeons who will develop one new sub-specialty

podcast every four months for two years.

Ideally a team will consist of surgeons from the same institution who are at different

points in their career.

For example, a team might consist of a resident, fellow, junior attending, and senior attending.
