So speaking of most up-to-date medical information, we have our monthly coronavirus update and this one is going to talk about vaccines again.

So we know we have the Moderna, we know we have the Pfizer, those are off and running, they have really great studies and success

rates according to those studies and they got emergency FDA approval a while ago and people

are getting vaccinated and it's a wonderful thing. I myself am vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine

times two as of early January so it's been a while. I personally had no side effects except for maybe a little bit of sleepiness, but you know I work night shift, so I'm always kind of a little bit sleepy. But Johnson and Johnson has developed the third COVA vaccine.

And this was just granted emergency approval by the FDA on Saturday,

February 27th.

So depending on when you're listening to this really, really recently. Now it is a little

bit different as far as mechanism when compared to the Pfizer-modern vaccines, but it is still highly effective

for preventing moderate to severe COVID-19 infection. And it's really exciting that

20 million doses will be sent out by the end of March 2021.

So let's talk a little bit about how this vaccine mechanism wise is a little bit different,

because you might have a lot of people coming in for questions.

And I'm going to include a really nice graphic that was included in the Jama article that I'll also include with just some basic information.

We don't really need to get into the details of the studies and the numbers and all that because that doesn't really matter.

So the surface of the SARS-Covi 2, the virus that causes the COVID-19 virus infection, it's covered in these spike proteins, right? And that helps
