The title is obvious. It is. It's literally

obvious. O-B-I-O-U-S is the title of the book. It says who's on first. It's, it is obvious,

and you can get it at Amazon.com or Barnes & Noble. Please go out there. You're going to see some

exciting stuff.

Some of the things we talked with, I talked with Eric about on the show several times,

many times.

Many things that we talked about on the program.

But it's a wonderful book.

Obviously, I have read it.

I wrote the forward to it.

And I think that it's you manage Albin, and this is a gift, frankly, to be cheerful even when talking about difficult things. And that's one of the main reasons that I recommend the book obvious because the information is there, but it's presented cheerfully. It's very bite-sized stuff. It's not like

you've got to wade through it. And I think we can use some of that. Yeah, it is as cartoons. It has

memes. It has raised quotes. It has Bible quotes. It has everything you need to actually be

uplifted and joyful in this holiday season.

And when you talk with people, you know, at the dinner table around Christmas and New Year's, whatever,

you might be able to insert a few things like you might be able to say,
