Welcome to slow more. Hello everyone. Thank you so much for joining me. Today I'm in the buzzing city of London. If you've ever been here, everyone is rushing around like a maniac it seems

so pressuring so driven so fast and yet as you walk through this wonderful city that

you never really managed to fully love and never really

managed to fully hate. You find those beautiful parks scattered all over the city

which makes it sort of natural. There's so much nature around and I

always loved that about London. I always used to joke with my friends and say

this city is fast nature.

We are rushing around all through the city

and then every now and then you get to a park.

And I once then noticed that there was this very clever little chain of fast food restaurants

that was called naturally fast or the mission of it sort of was naturally fast food and it's called Leon and that really caught my

attention naturally fast and fast nature seems to be an interesting description of how life is

over here. Their mission I found out was

we're gonna make tasty food that is good for you but good for the planet and I love that.

For years now that idea of doing business for good

or using business to do good actually is something that's really missing since I probably say the beginning of the

20th century business was all about the money really you build a business plan you go

to investors you talk about what you're trying to do and most investors will

listen and smile and then say how much money are we going to make in my mind I
