Summary

John O'Keefe Murder: 10 Facts Karen Read & Defense Desperately Want You to IGNORE
Former prosecutor Eric Faddis exposes the 10 critical facts that Karen Read's defense team has spent millions trying to bury. While they distract with physics theories and conspiracy claims, these undeniable truths tell the real story of what happened on January 29, 2022.

The facts they DON'T want discussed:

  1. Read's BAC was nearly 3x the legal limit when tested hours after the incident
  2. She gave FIVE different stories about how her taillight broke
  3. O'Keefe's DNA wasn't just "on" her bumper - it was embedded in the damaged area
  4. Read Google searched "how long to die in cold" at 2:27 AM
  5. Multiple witnesses heard her say "I hit him" before anyone found the body
  6. She deleted Ring camera footage from her home that night
  7. The couple had been fighting about O'Keefe texting other women
  8. Read left 53 increasingly hostile voicemails on O'Keefe's phone
  9. She never once attempted CPR or called 911 when they "found" him
  10. Her own father told police she had "anger issues" and he was worried
Eric Faddis, with 25 years as both prosecutor and defense attorney, explains why these facts are case-killers. No amount of expert testimony can overcome Read's own actions and words that night. We break down how the defense has spent $500,000+ on experts while ignoring evidence that would convict any other defendant.

This premium deep-dive includes exclusive audio clips, evidence photos, and the timeline that proves Karen Read is guilty of murder. Justice for John O'Keefe starts with the truth.

It is, and we are breaking down today where it all stands as we, as of recording of this, getting close to closing statements, and then it will be in the hands of the jury.

Who knows what's going on by the time you

0:21.5

watch this? Maybe Karen just flew to the moon randomly. Just flew up and did it because it's possible,

0:28.7

but not probable. We've learned that about vehicles flying into space with UFOs in this trial.

0:34.7

Lots of things we've learned. Joining me to discuss, Eric Fattis, defense attorney, former prosecutor, I got a lot of things

0:40.6

I want to kind of break through today, but first I just want to throw it to you.

0:45.0

Here we are. Both sides have gone. There is no, the prosecution's not coming back again.

0:51.1

It's just going to be closing arguments now. Where do you think it stands?

0:54.9

What's your thoughts on the case?

0:57.7

Now, this is a textbook handling of a retrial by the prosecution foreseeing all of the conspiracy

1:06.4

theories and trying their best to preempt those. Certainly the defense scored some points here and there,

1:12.7

but I think the overall picture of the case at this stage in the second trial is a lot different

1:18.8

than the first. And I think it's weighing in favor of the prosecution. Yeah, it's, I was very

1:23.7

surprised by the defense this round. I think a lot of us thought, okay, well, they're going to bring in their

1:28.5

greatest hits again, because that seems to be what I think a lot of people walked away going, oh,

1:33.4

well, that's why there was a hung jury last time, because there did seem to be reasonable doubt in the last trial,

1:39.2

not so much this one. But the last one was the whole conspiracy. He was beat up and that da-da-da-da.

1:47.0

They never really got into the whole he was beat-up theory. They never brought in Proctor.

1:52.1

They never really brought in any of that to the larger extent. They just kind of kept

1:57.4

randomly throwing in the dog without context, which didn't make a lot of sense to me.

2:03.8

Were they hoping the dog was going to land better with some of these experts?
