Summary

0:21.3	It's a warm evening in August
0:23.7	1968 and John McCain stands in front of his barbecue at home in Florida. His wife Carol brings some buns over for the hot dogs.
0:32.3	The kids are throwing around a ball. Man, life is good.
0:36.8	John looks up from the barbecue. What's that sound?
0:40.4	It's keys, but from where?
0:43.3	John walks towards the sound into the house through the back door. The sound gets louder.
0:48.4	John approaches the front door. He looks through the people and sees his father, Jack McCain.
0:55.8	He's using a set of keys to get into the house.
0:58.8	John tries to let him in, but the door won't open. What? He pulls at it, but it doesn't open. It's locked and his father's still trying to open it from the other side.
1:09.0	John starts yelling, I can't get out. I can't get out. His father can't hear. John starts banging on the door.
1:16.4	But no one can hear him. And then...
1:21.4	John wakes up. He's not at home in Florida. He's in a small, dark, cramped prison cell. His two arms and his right leg are broken.
1:32.0	He's a prisoner of war in the camp dubbed the Hanoi Hilton.
1:36.4	Every day for the last month, John's captors have beaten and tortured him and abandoned him alone in his cell.
1:42.4	Every day they return, and the jangling of their keys is his only warning.
1:48.4	And the sound of those keys... fucking scarom.
1:53.4	John can't hide. He can't even move.
1:57.4	John lies waiting. His father's appearance in his dream haunts him. He wonders if Jack would give in to the torturers.
2:04.4	We're back, McCain. No. His father wouldn't. And neither will John. He hopes.
