Well, we do have this figured out just briefly, and then we'll probably talk about it more later this hour,

but Harvey Weinstein has been found guilty of forcible rape and other charges related to Jane Doe number one,

who it turns out was the Italian model. She claimed Weinstein barged into her room at the Beverly Hills Hotel and brutally assaulted her.

As for Jane Doe, number three, not guilty of

sexual battery. And Jane Doe is number two and four. And I'll pause and tell you that number

four is Jennifer Newsom, hung jury for those counts. So he is guilty on just the charges related to

So that seems to be the clarification that we wanted.

And so it was a mixed verdict, right?

There was not guilties.

There was guilty and there was no decision.

Other big breaking news this afternoon is that apparently the Supreme Court Justice,

the Chief Justice, John Roberts, has put a, he's issued a temporary order that will preserve Title 42, the Trump-era policy that turned away most migrants

looking for asylum at the southern border, and of course was based on the pandemic.
