There's a mother suing the

Baldwin Park Unified School District. She says that a school security guard actually just stood and

watched along with other students or her daughter was violently beaten by another girl in a school

bathroom. This occurring at Baldwin Park High School and this being 2023, there's cell phone video to back all of this up.

Give us an outline of what happened in the bathroom for people not familiar with the case.

Yeah, sure.

On October 18th, around 1 o'clock in the girls' bathroom at Baldwin Hills High School,

my client is a junior, 16-year-old female.

She's in the bathroom, going to the bathroom, gets up.

All of a sudden, this isn't like one or two people.

There is a deluge of boys, girls, and the security guard who all rush into

the bathroom. It's almost like filling like a movie theater, right? And they're all

standing there. And then all of a sudden, this girl just starts wailing and punching my
