Now last week, she declared a state of emergency on Monday, and then a few days later,

she issued an executive order. Right. Finally got to look over the weekend of what that is,

but it's just about, quote, speeding things up when it comes to building some kind of housing or opening some kind of housing.

But everything, and you're going to hear this a thousand times, everything so far is about building housing for the lunatics you see in the street.

There has been nothing about forcing them into mental health treatment or drug treatment.

In fact, she specifically said in one of the interviews over the weekend,

we are not going to be coercing anybody.

Well, then it's obviously going to be a failure.
