Now that we're in day four of the homeless state of emergency declared by our new mayor, Karen Bass.

I'm counting on you to see the effect of it.

I've seen no change after four days.

There was a crazy guy at the bottom of the ramp on the 101.

It was bothering people waiting on the light.

That's what I saw today.

That was by first in-cater.

It's because they're, they're, they're so mobile.

I mean, they don't just like get their brain fried and, uh, you know, lay on the ground in the park, right?

They, they go into stores.

And it's just, it's just, it's just, because it's just

relentless. It's like if you spend any time outside, it's like every few minutes, right? You're going

to any parking lot, you go into any store, any sidewalk you're walking down. There's always something.

And I'm a complete alert, because I'm assuming they're all insane. They're

all on meth. They're all going to be aggressive. They've all got a knife. I'm no longer one of
