Well, yesterday during the show, we had a good one to play.

It was U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa speaking on the Senate floor about the nomination of Eric Garcetti as the next ambassador to India.

And we're following this story because, man, we want him to land hard.

We want his fall to be heard around the world. And we're hoping that's exactly what happens

when his nomination is pulled because it's been sitting there for a year and a half.

Everything seemed fine. The U.S. Senate confirmed, the committee confirmed his nomination,

and went to the, did not go to the full floor, because a whistleblower organization at a Washington,

D.C., got involved representing several former Garcetti staffers saying, wait a minute,

hold on. This man is lying. He certainly had knowledge of his former

aide Rick Jacobs' behavior to other staffers. It was the talk of the office. Yet under oath,

Garcetti's acting like, huh? No. Never saw anything, never heard anything about it. No. And there was even a joke
