What are we at December 21st?

Is that the darkest day there is in the world in the winter here in the Midwest?

And it's all, you know, days are going to get brighter moving forward going up to December 31st.

I cannot wait to be down in Miami.

Finally, finally, Michigan is in the college football playoff and I cannot wait.

Absolutely. And we're going to talk about that. We're going to talk about Michigan in the playoff.

We're first going to touch on a couple of other subjects because there has been a renewal of the incoming

Wolverines and that would be the early signing day. I just wanted to get a few impressions from you

because we know that a Big Ten championship and a playoff birth does wonders to change the perception

of your program.

And it looked like, to me, Michigan finished certainly stronger than it would have if it had

the kind of November's had of late.

Yeah, and that's the problem.

And I'll go on record saying along with probably a lot of other folks

that this December signing period has got to end.

It is so problematic in so many ways with the transfer portal
